The Mastermind Focus Group consists of everyday men and women with creative minds, whom are working toward a common goal of paying-it-forward, for all women. The idea for this revolution started in October of 2007, through the mind and eyes of Lisa Leider. It quickly spread like wildfire through many talented, kind, intelligent and strong people that caught wind of her vision and soon shared her excitement. Since then, all that has transpired has no doubt been a TEAM effort. Each month, sometimes three to four times, the group meets to exchange ideas, thoughts, action plans, constructive criticism, and dare to think outside-of-the-box so to ask ourselves the astonishing question, "what if?" We dream BIG. We think BIG. We create BIG. We are leading the way for women, because women are worth it, and we are far past deserving it! The time is now for women to reach their fullest potential, by taking care of us FIRST, and understanding everyone else's needs to come second.

After all, what good are we to others if we are burnt out, emotionally shut down, physically exhausted and have little to no faith in ourselves? It’s important we truly nourish and replenish our body, mind and spirit above all else, then focus on the needs of family, friends and all whom we love.
